  • Once aligned, we support the search phase by helping structure and secure search capital through our investor network. This is designed to cover reasonable search expenses and a modest salary for up to two years, to provide financial stability while you focus full time on sourcing the right opportunity.

    The goal is to allow you to search with discipline and intent, without unnecessary financial pressure.

  • You lead the search, supported by Trivium’s sourcing infrastructure, data, and network. Together, we define the characteristics of a great business based on fundamentals, fit, and long-term potential.

    We create the deal flow, prioritise opportunities, and support evaluation, while you build relationships with owners and lead conversations.

  • When the right business is identified, we work closely with you through diligence, valuation, structuring, and negotiations.

    We assist in raising and structuring acquisition debt and equity capital through aligned investors and lenders, supporting a transaction that is commercially sound and sets ownership up for long-term success.

  • After completion, you step into the CEO role and take responsibility for running the business day to day.

    Trivium remains involved through board participation, governance, and ongoing support, providing experience and perspective as you navigate the early years of ownership and grow the business over time.
